MEI covers a wide range of topics that are vitally important to our male participants’ growth and development, entrepreneurship, goal setting, leadership, oratory, parenting, relationships, community development, and more.

Empowering the Men of Today and Tomorrow!
To increase the number of males that graduate from K-12 programs and institutions of higher learning. Further, to build and support family bonds between children and fathers. To encourage men and boys who are incarcerated on the purpose of good decision-making practices. In addition, to chart a blueprint of success for adult learners.
Our core Goals and Values are:
To provide participants with interactive forums to discuss new solutions to old challenges concerning young boys and men.
To expose participants to statistical data that will enhance their knowledge of social and political trends of the male species.
To encourage participants to form a brotherhood that will promote male bonding.
To provide participants with educational outlets that will enhance and promote social change.
To encourage and assist in developing entrepreneurship and leadership opportunities.
Further, to encourage adult learners that it’s never to learn to further their education.
